There are 98 one, two and three-bedroom condominiums that lock-off into versatile layouts. When all suites are utilized to their best capacity, there are 213 units, each with private entry, room number, two-line phone, wifi internet, entertainment center, heating and air conditioning, as well as daily maid service. There are also seven handicapped accessible rooms. - Two-Bedroom Condos have various configurations of queen, king, sleeper sofa and/or wall bed with full kitchen, fireplace, 3 baths, some have hot tub. (1,300-1320 sq. ft., sleeps 6-8).
- Three-Bedroom Condos are the combination of a two-bedroom condo and one adjoining hotel room, 4 baths (1,770 sq. ft., sleeps 8-10).
- Penthouses vary in size from two-, three- and four-bedroom condos. Fireplace in master bedroom, window-view spa tub, outdoor deck with gas grill, well appointed decor (1,882 to 3,050 sq.ft., sleeps 4-10).
